Regular Season Round 10: RIG Lulea - Skuru 85-80

There was a minor upset when their close opponent Skuru (1-9) was defeated on the road by fourteenth ranked RIG Lulea (2-11) 85-80 on Saturday. RIG Lulea forced 23 Skuru turnovers. John Gonzalez fired 20 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Samuel Lidberg chipped in 17 points and 5 rebounds. RIG Lulea's coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Edwin Soamo produced 16 points and Lucas Mazzanti added 14 points respectively for lost side. RIG Lulea moved-up to thirteenth place which they share with defeated Skuru. Skuru lost third consecutive game. Skuru at the other side, also newcomer in the league, dropped to the thirteenth position with nine games lost. They share it with Arvika. RIG Lulea will meet at home higher ranked Uppsala (#6) in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Skuru will play against Central (#5) and hope to win that game.
