Very important is a road loss of third rankedBoras (16-7) against eighth ranked Koping Stars (8-16) on Tuesday night. Visiting Boras were defeated by Koping Stars in a tough game in Koping 85-93 . Koping Stars dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Boras ' 38 and made 16-of-20 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. It was a good game for American guard Marreon Jackson (184-1998, college: Arizona St., agency: Octagon Europe) who led his team to a victory with 31 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals. Guinean-American forward Sekou Sylla (195-2000, college: Towson) contributed with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Four Koping Stars players scored in double figures. Canadian point guard Ali Sow (185-1998, college: Laurier, agency: Players Group) answered with 16 points and 6 assists and American guard KJ Jenkins (188-2000, college: UNCW) added 19 points in the effort for Boras. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Koping Stars maintains eighth place with 8-16 record. Boras at the other side keep the third position with seven games lost. They share it with BC Lulea.
