Bottom-rankedUmea managed to get a sixth victory, breaking the five-game losing streak. This time they won against tenth-ranked Sloga Uppsala 97-80 . It's especially surprising that the victory came too easily and 17-point difference proves that Umea was well-prepared to that game. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American swingman CJ Dunston (198-1994, college: Lancaster Bible) who helped to win the game recording 13 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 6 steals and forward Adam Rask (-2004) who added 17 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side Serbian swingman Milutin Vujicic (192-2002, agency: Octagon Europe) responded with 12 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists and American guard Markeith Browning II (193-2001, college: Lindenwood) scored 14 points and 4 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Umea (6-19) moved-up to tenth place, which they share with defeated Sloga Uppsala. Sloga Uppsala lost fourth consecutive game.
