Very predictable result when second rankedMalbas (15-5) rolled over bottom-ranked Blackeberg (3-17) in Vallingby 109-68 on Saturday. Malbas dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Blackeberg 's 38. They outrebounded Blackeberg 44-23 including a 16-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. The winners were led by forward Oliver Stefanovic (193-2005, college: Malone) who scored that evening 24 points and 7 rebounds and forward Vidar Pihlsgard (-2006) supported him with 14 points and 8 rebounds. Five Malbas players scored in double figures. Even 14 points and 6 rebounds by guard William Segerstrom (-2004) did not help to save the game for Blackeberg . Swingman Hosse Tesfay (192-2004) added 7 points and 7 assists for the hosts. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Malbas have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 15-5 record behind leader Fryshuset. Blackeberg lost eighth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with 17 games lost.
