Everything went according to plan in Malmo where second rankedMalbas (16-5) beat 11th ranked AIK Basket (8-11) 101-88 on Sunday. Malbas looked well-organized offensively handing out 35 assists comparing to just 18 passes made by AIK Basket 's players. The best player for the winners was guard Kasper Hagberg (186-1998) who had a triple-double by scoring 16 points, 13 rebounds, 12 assists and 4 steals. Valter Lindstedt (-2008) chipped in 29 points. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Sheriff Drammeh (191-1996, college: Hawaii) who recorded a triple-double by scoring 32 points, 13 rebounds, 12 assists and 4 steals (went 13 for 13 at the free throw line !!!) and forward Oliver Ehrnvall (203-1996, college: St.Cloud St.) added 16 points respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Malbas have an impressive series of nine victories in a row. They maintain second place with 16-5 record behind leader Fryshuset. Loser AIK Basket keeps the eleventh position with 11 games lost.
