Very important is a home loss of second rankedJamtland (20-8) against fourth ranked Boras (20-8) on Monday night. Host Jamtland was defeated by Boras in a tough game in Ostersund 93-97 . It ended at the same time the eight-game winning streak of Jamtland. Boras players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. The winners were led by Canadian point guard Ali Sow (185-1998, college: Laurier, agency: Players Group) who scored that evening 22 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and American center Justin Vander Baan (213, college: Lafayette) supported him with 18 points and 6 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). Even 18 points and 7 rebounds by American forward Michael Christmas (198, college: Longwood, agency: Players Group) did not help to save the game for Jamtland . Guard Adam Johansson (191-2000, agency: BIG) added 18 points for the hosts. Five Boras and four Jamtland players scored in double figures. Boras have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with BC Lulea and Jamtland.
