The game had a very big importance for second-rankedJamtland as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Jamtland defeated 9th ranked Hogsbo in Ostersund 85-74 . Jamtland dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Hogsbo 's 22. Jamtland looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Keaston Willis (190, college: Tulsa) who helped to win the game recording 23 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. The other American import center Brayden Parker (203-2002, college: Idaho St.) contributed with 21 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) for the winners. Swingman Anes Zekovic (198-1995) replied with 17 points and 6 rebounds and American AJ Cheeseman (202-1998, college: UMES) added 18 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Hogsbo. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. As mentioned above they are at the top of the standings, which they share with Norrkoping. Hogsbo at the other side keeps the ninth place with 23 games lost.
