Bordo looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American point guard Ty Gordon (185-1998, college: Nicholls, agency: JCK Sports Group) stepped up and scored 19 points and 5 rebounds for the winners and Serbian center Uros Plavsic (213-1998, college: Tennessee) chipped in 13 points and 7 rebounds. At the losing side Croatian Zeljko Sakic (204-1988) responded with 9 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists and point guard Erdem Ilter (186-1990) scored 8 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
