Thirteenth-ranked BC Odessa (2-8) gave a tough game to fifth ranked Halychyna (8-3). The visitors from Lviv managed to secure only three-point victory 85-82. However their fans expected much easier game. The guests were ahead by 1 point but lost the second period ending it with a 6-point deficit before their 32-23 run, which allowed them to win the game. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. BC Odessa's coach Oleg Yushkin rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Halychyna moved-up to third place, which they share with Budivelnyk. BC Odessa at the other side keeps the thirteenth position with eight games lost. Halychyna will have a break next round. BC Odessa will play at home against Hoverla (#7) in Frankivsk.
