Regular Season Round 5: Bipa Basket - VolinBasket 74-65

Bottom-ranked VolinBasket (0-4) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 74-65 loss to eighth ranked Bipa Basket (2-4) in Odessa. The game without a history. Bipa Basket led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Bipa Basket forced 19 VolinBasket turnovers. 24 personal fouls committed by VolinBasket helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Bipa Basket moved-up to sixth place. VolinBasket lost their fourth game in a row. Newly promoted team still closes the standings with four games lost. Bipa Basket's next round opponent will be higher ranked Dynamo (#3) in Kyiv and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. VolinBasket will play at home against Mykolaiv (#4) and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
