Finals Game 3: Mykolaiv - Khimik 66-68

Khimik topped Mykolaiv to earn Superleague Bronze. The guests were already 11 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 17-8 Mykolaiv's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 68-66 at the end of the game. It was an exceptional evening for American point guard Derrick Colter (180-94, college: Duquesne, agency: Inception Sports) who led the winners and scored 20 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. His fellow American import forward Austin Arians (198-93, college: Wake Forest) accounted for 13 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side. Center Oleksandr Kushnirov (210-92) came up with 18 points and the former international guard Sergei Popov (196-88, agency: BeoBasket) added 11 points and 4 assists respectively for Mykolaiv in the defeat. Mykolaiv's coach Vladimir Polyakh tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game.
