Regular Season Round 4: Buducnost - Partizan 66-53

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of SerbianPartizan (3-1) in Podgorica on Wednesday night. Visitors were defeated by third ranked Montenegrin Buducnost (2-1) 66-53 . It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Partizan. The game was mostly controlled by Buducnost. Partizan managed to win third quarter 16-9 . But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a great shooting night for Buducnost especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 56.3 percentage. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Zorana Radonjic (173-2002) who helped to win the game recording 12 points and 8 assists and center Ksenija Scepanovic (191-2002) who added 15 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Four Buducnost players scored in double figures. At the losing side responded with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists and produced a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Defending Montenegrin champion maintains third position with 2-1 record having just three points less than leader Montana. Partizan at the other side keeps the second place with one game lost.
