  Partizan won Adriatic League Championship 2007 !!!

Partizan made victory in Belgrade against FMP 94:82 in the second game of play-off final which bring them the golden rings and the first title in Adriatic league. It seems that every game between these two teams must be decided in dramatic finish. Partizan finished first period having plus 10, 27:17 but young panthers succeeded to came closer early in the second. In the center of last period Partizan made plus 7 and gave hope to their fans that this game will have different finish but very soon FMP made turn after Marko Djerasimovic scored 3-pts for 76:78 three minutes before the end. Clutch players for Partizan at the end were Dusan Kecman (197-G/F-77, Agency: Beo Basket) who scored 4 points and Vonteego Cummings (192-G-76, college: Pittsburgh) 3 from the corner in the next minute and brought lead to Partizan again 83:78 what was the sign for their fans that big joy can start! Uros Tripkovic (197-G-86) led Partizan scoring 19 points while Nikola Pekovic (210-C-86, Agency: Beo Basket) followed him with 13 points and 4 rebounds. Zoran Erceg (211-C/F-85) was the best in FMP adding 19 points and 7 rebounds.

Carl nglishh (192-G-81, college: Hawaii) became the first player to win the Adriatic League All-Star Game MVP Award. He scored 29 points (2P 3-4, 3P 7-10, FT 2-2), grabbed 3 rebounds and dished out 4 assists as West defeated East 134-118 Teemu Rannikko (189-G-80) won shootout 3-point competition and Miha Zupan (206-F/C-82, Agency: Interperformances) won slam dunk contest.
