Albanian Superliga round 1 best performance: Bernarda Rreshpja

Bernarda Rreshpja had an amazing evening in the last round for Vllaznia Shkodra, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 1.
The player was the main contributor (25 points, six rebounds and nine assists) to her team's victory, helping them to crush, the league's bottom-ranked team Partizani (#5, 0-1) with 23-point margin 78-55. Vllaznia is placed at 3rd position in Albanian Superliga. But it's just the very beginning of the season and Vllaznia won just one (their first) game. It's too early to say anything as the standings can be changed completely after next round. In the team's last game Rreshpja had a remarkable 63.6% from 2-point range. Pellumbi is one of the most experienced players at Studenti and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 29.0ppg (#1). She also registered 8.0 boards per game.

Third on the list of top players last round was American forward Chloe Dallas (190-F) of Flamurtari Vlore (#4). Dallas scored 19 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. Despite Dallas' great performance the Flamurtari lost 64-72 to #2 ranked Tirana. But her team cannot count on just a single player as she also needs help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. The season just started for Dallas as she played only first game. But it already looks like she can be team's leader.
