The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Tirana: Tirana (#3) and Studenti (#2). Tirana (2-1) won against visiting Studenti (1-2) 75-64. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Studenti. It was a key game for the second position in the league. Tirana forced 24 Studenti turnovers. Strangely Studenti outrebounded Tirana 46-26 including 32 on the defensive glass. It was a great shooting night for Tirana especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.9 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. fired 22 points, 6 assists and 5 steals for the winners. American-Swedish guard Sophia Jacobsson (165-1999, college: CSUSM) chipped in 15 points and 8 rebounds. Marina Pellumbi produced a double-double by scoring 18 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Tirana moved-up to second place. Studenti at the other side dropped to the third position with two games lost. They share it with Partizani.
Undefeated leader Flamurtari delivered the fourth consecutive victory. This time they crushed bottom-ranked Vllaznia (0-3) 75-53 in Vlore. Worth to mention a great performance of who helped to win the game recording a triple-double by scoring 27 points, 14 rebounds, 10 assists and 8 steals. Charlette Leurs contributed with 12 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Flamurtari's coach Vladimir Mustafaraj felt very confident using 11 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Melida Hykaj replied with 16 points and 6 rebounds for Vllaznia. Flamurtari have a solid four-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 4-0 record. Vllaznia at the other side still closes the standings with three games lost.
