Neftci celebrated 2023/24 title in Azerbaijan. In the Final game they edged Azstars 93-29. The Regular Season champions dominated the whole game to clinch the title. Earlier Neftci overcame Xirdalan 102-38 in the semifinal.
In the game for the third place Xirdalan edged Qaradaq 51-49.
