Very expected game in Kecskemet where 10th ranked KTE-Duna (8-13) was defeated by third ranked Falco KC (15-7) 87-73. KTE-Duna was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. Falco KC made 19-of-22 charity shots (86.4 percent) during the game. Falco KC outrebounded KTE-Duna 38-18 including a 19-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a good game for American point guard Darrin Govens (185-88, college: St.Joseph's) who led his team to a victory with 24 points. His fellow American import guard Drew Barham (198-89, college: Gonzaga) contributed with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Four Falco KC players scored in double figures. Naturalized Serbian forward Tomislav Ivosev (204-90, agency: 011 Sports) answered with 17 points and 6 rebounds and Serbian center Kemal Karahodzic (210-89) added 14 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for KTE-Duna.
