Finals Game 3: Dynamo K. - UMMC 91-94

UMMC clinched PBL title. They edged Dynamo in Kursk to complete the sweep of the championship series. The guests trailed by 2 points after three quarters before their 19-14 charge, which allowed them to win the game. UMMC Ekaterinburg made 17-of-17 free shots (100 percent !!!) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. The best player for the winners was American center Brittney Griner (203-90, college: Baylor) who scored 35 points (!!!) and 5 rebounds. Her fellow American import Maya Moore (183-89, college: Connecticut) chipped in a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 assists (went 10 for 10 at the free throw line !!!). At the other side the best for losing team was American Angel McCoughtry (187-86, college: Louisville) who recorded 31 points and Serbian forward Sonja Petrovic (189-89, agency: ProDep Management) added 20 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists respectively.
