No shocking result in a game when third rankedAtomeromu (11-5) crushed 8th ranked BEAC (4-12) in Szekszard 106-54 on Saturday. Atomeromu dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to BEAC 's 20 and made 17-of-22 free shots (77.3 percent) during the game. Atomeromu forced 24 BEAC turnovers and outrebounded them 35-24 including 26 on the defensive glass. Atomeromu looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by BEAC 's players. It was an exceptional evening for American power forward Jacinta Monroe (196-1988, college: FSU) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). The former international point guard Bernadett Horvath (170-1996) accounted for 27 points and 4 assists for the winning side. Four Atomeromu players scored in double figures. Atomeromu's coach Zeljko Djokic felt very confident using 11 players saving starting five for next games. American guard Kolby Morgan (173-1996, college: Tulane) came up with 16 points and Latvian Katrina Ozola (188-2004) added 7 points and 7 rebounds respectively for BEAC in the defeat. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for Atomeromu . They maintain third place with 11-5 record having five points less than leader Miskolc. Loser BEAC keeps the eighth position with 12 games lost.
