Canada outscored Spain en route to the Final in Mexico. Spain dominated in the first period. They jumped to a 20-11 lead after ten minutes. But Canada slowly turned things around. The North American side pulled within 3 points at the final intermission. They ignited a 23-16 rally in the fourth frame to snatch the victory. Agot Makeer produced 21 points and 12 rebounds, while Savannah Swords accounted for 16 points for Canada. Adriana Diaz replied with 16 points for Spain.
