Very expected game when 11th ranked Freiburg (3-6) lost at home to seventh ranked Chemnitz (5-4) 81-65. It was a good game for American power forward Ty Shaw (202-79, college: Albertson, agent: Gerrit Kersten-Thiele) who led his team to a victory with 19 points and 9 rebounds. His countryman forward Terren Harbut (198-83, college: Ohio) contributed with 11 points and 7 rebounds for the winners.
