Quite upsetting was NBC's 16-point road defeat in a game versus Ehingen 73-57. The biggest contributor to a victory was forward Ruben Spoden (202-89) with 17 points and 6 rebounds. American guard Virgil Matthews (188-83, college: Montana) helped with 9 points and 7 rebounds. Ehingen's coach Ralph Junge used all the bench giving the chance to rest for starting five.
