Regular Season Round 11: Vaerlose - Horsens IC 92-56

We should not miss the game of ninth ranked Vaerlose (3-8) against 6th ranked Horsens IC (5-6) where host Vaerlose rolled over at home their opponents by 36 points 92-56. It was an exceptional evening for American forward Bonell Colas (206-82, college: Florida) who led the winners with double-double 26 points and 15 rebounds and Senegalese power forward Pape Ba (205-81, college: Bethune-Cookman) who stepped in adding 16 points. American power forward Mike St.John (203-84, college: La Salle) came up with double-double 10 points and 12 rebounds and his countryman guard Rickey Claitt (188-81, college: Oregon St.) added 11 points and 4 assists for Horsens IC in defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players allowing starting five to get some rest. Horsens IC lost their third game in a row. Thanks to that win newly promoted Vaerlose moved-up to eighth place. Horsens IC dropped to the sixth place with six games lost. Vaerlose's next round opponent will be league's second-placed Svendborg on the road and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
