The game between closely ranked teams ended with 5th ranked SISU's (7-6) home loss to fourth ranked Aabyhoj (7-6) in Copenhagen 97-89. It was a good game for American forward Edward Morris (203-84, college: Pittsburg St.) who led his team to a victory with double-double 26 points and 11 rebounds. International guard Rasmus Dalboge (191-89) contributed with 24 points and 4 assists for the winners. Aabyhoj's coach Allan Foss allowed to play his deep bench players and giving the chance to rest for starting five. Former international forward Thomas Soltau (210-82, college: Northwestern, agent: Side Court) replied with double-double 33 points (!!!) and 13 rebounds and American forward Donald Rutherford (198, college: Catawba) added 17 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists for SISU. Aabyhoj did not change their fourth position in the standings. Aabyhoj are looking forward to the next round to face Horsens IC (#7) in Horsens. SISU will play at home against Vaerlose hoping to prove their fans that it was just an accident.
