The most exciting game of round 10 in ProA was host Wuerzburg's (#2) very close only 2-point victory at home over Freiburg (#11) 68-66. American power forward Ivan Elliott (203-86, college: UCSB, agent: Ingo Wolf) fired 16 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. British-Australian guard Lee Jeka (187-83, agent: Grzegorz Piekoszewski) helped with 13 points. Wuerzburg's coach Marcel Schroeder used 11-player rotation in such tough game. American guard Jamar Nutter (188-84, college: Seton Hall) produced 15 points and 8 rebounds and his countryman guard Paul Gause (180-86, college: Seton Hall) added 14 points for lost side. Freiburg (3-7) added third loss to their record. Newly promoted Wuerzburg maintains second position having just one point less than leader B.Muenchen. Freiburg dropped to the thirteenth place with seven games lost. They share it with Webmoebel and ETB Wohnbau. Wuerzburg are looking forward to the next round to face Heidelberg (#8) in Heidelberg where they are favorite. Freiburg will play at home against ETB Wohnbau (#14) hoping to prove their fans that they can break losing series.
