Very significant was Budivelnyk's (#1) 17-point home victory against 4th ranked Kryvbasbasket 89-72. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Kryvbasbasket. It was a very close game until the last quarter, when Budivelnyk's preassure prevailed and they won that period 30-16 extending their advantage to 17 points.
