There was a minor upset in Kedainiai where 4th ranked Techasas (6-4) were defeated by sixth ranked Nevezis (5-4) 65-61 on Tuesday. Techasas were tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. Nevezis outrebounded Techasas 47-33 including a 16-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of center Egidijus Dimsa (205-85) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds and Slovenian center Blaz Cresnar (214-86) who added 10 points and 12 rebounds during the contest. Cresnar is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Nevezis players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was guard Tomas Rinkevicius (178-78) with 13 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and forward Marius Valukonis (198-88) scored 9 points and 8 rebounds.
