Spot Up Medien Baskets were trailing by 1 point at halftime but managed to get 4-point lead after three quarters before a 22-12 charge of USC Leipzig, which allowed them to win the game. American forward Monyea Pratt (196-85, college: Stillman) fired a double-double by scoring 23 points, 16 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. His fellow American import guard Lamar Morinia (183-81, college: Montana St.-Northern) chipped in 20 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Four USC Leipzig players scored in double figures. Center Frank Theis (200-82, agency: Heinrich Sports) produced 17 points and 8 rebounds and center Daniel Theis (205-92) added 12 points and 11 rebounds respectively for lost side.
