The game in Szombathely supposed to be quite interesting. Eighth ranked Falco-Szova (6-7) played at the court of 7th ranked PVSK Pannon (5-7). Falco-Szova smashed PVSK Pannon 99-76. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of PVSK Pannon. The game without a history. Falco-Szova led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. American swingman Jara Doyne (193-84, college: Mississippi) stepped up and scored 20 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners and the former international guard Laszlo Kalman (186-72, agency: Laszlo Vinko Services) chipped in 21 points and 9 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Falco-Szova moved-up to seventh place. PVSK Pannon at the other side dropped to the eighth position with seven games lost. They share it with Marso-Vagep. Falco-Szova will play against Kaposvari (#12) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. PVSK Pannon will have a break next round.
