The game in Zaporozhye was quite interesting. Eighth ranked Ferro-ZNTU (12-12) played at the court of 7th ranked Mykolaiv (11-13). Ferro-ZNTU defeated Mykolaiv 90-75 on Thursday. The game was mostly controlled by Ferro-ZNTU. Mykolaiv managed to win second period 29-26. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Ferro-ZNTU moved-up to seventh place. Mykolaiv lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the eighth position with 13 games lost. They share it with BC Odessa. Ferro-ZNTU will meet at home league's second-placed BC Donetsk in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Mykolaiv will have a break next round.
