The game in Hannover supposed to be quite interesting. Third ranked Kirchheim Knights (10-5) played at the court of 7th ranked Hannover Tigers (7-8). Kirchheim Knights smashed Hannover Tigers 91-68. The game was mostly controlled by Kirchheim Knights. Hannover Tigers managed to win third quarter 18-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Cedric Brooks (185-80, college: Pittsburg St.) who led the winners and scored 20 points, 6 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 steals. His fellow American import power forward Ryan De Michael (205-77, college: Tennessee-Martin) accounted for 19 points and 5 rebounds for the winning side. Five Kirchheim Knights players scored in double figures. American forward Michael Nunnally (203, college: Pacific) came up with 12 points and 5 rebounds and center David Arigbabu (203-75, college: Rhode Island, agency: Court Side) added 9 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Hannover Tigers in the defeat. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Kirchheim Knights. They maintain third place with 10-5 record having four points less than leader B.Muenchen, which they share with Chemnitz. Hannover Tigers at the other side dropped to the eighth position with eight games lost. Kirchheim Knights' next round opponent will be Dragons Rhoendorf (#13) on the road and are hoping to win another game. Hannover Tigers will play against Crailsheim Merlins (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
