There was an upset in Istanbul where higher ranked Usak (8-4) was defeated by ninth ranked Pertevniyal (5-7) 76-71 on Sunday. The hosts trailed by 10 points after three quarters before their 20-15 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Pertevniyal outrebounded Usak 42-30 including 18 on the offensive glass. Usak was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch.
