Bottom-ranked Alytus Alita is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 12th consecutive match to eleventh ranked Aiscai Kaunas (5-8) 91-79. It looked good early as Alytus Alita took an 3-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Aiscai Kaunas had a 30-19 second period charge getting the lead and Alytus Alita was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 79-91. Aiscai Kaunas players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international center Povilas Cukinas (210-83) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 25 points and 11 rebounds and the former international guard Vytenis Jasikevicius (187-85) who added 19 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. At the losing side guard Modestas Silale (192-87) responded with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and center Saulius Dumbliauskas (203-81, college: St.Bonaventure, agency: Court Side) produced a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Aiscai Kaunas moved-up to ninth place. Alytus Alita at the other side still closes the standings with 12 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
