The game in Edirne was quite interesting. Fourth ranked Efes Pilsen (11-4) played at the court of 8th ranked Olin Edirne (8-7). Efes Pilsen managed to secure a 7-point victory 79-72 on Saturday. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Olin Edirne. The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. It was a great shooting night for Efes Pilsen especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 68.8 percentage. It was a great evening for American power forward Erwin Dudley (204-81, college: Alabama, agency: Interperformances) who led his team to a victory scoring 15 points. International power forward Kerem Gonlum (208-77) helped adding 9 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Efes Pilsen maintains fourth place with 11-4 record. Newly promoted Olin Edirne dropped to the seventh position with seven games lost. They share it with Antalya. Efes Pilsen will meet Antalya (#7) on the road in the next round. Olin Edirne will play against Mersin in Akdeniz and hope to secure a win.
