No shocking result in a game when third ranked Naestved (14-5) crushed 9th ranked Amager BK (3-16) in Kastrup 87-58. The game without a history. Naestved led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Amager BK's 26. They outrebounded Amager BK 41-26 including a 21-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was Lithuanian swingman Marius Kasiulevicius (198-82, college: Trinity Valley JC) who had a double-double by scoring 20 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists. American power forward Lee Roberts (201-87, college: Findlay (OH)) chipped in 17 points and 9 rebounds. Four Naestved players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was Lithuanian forward Nerijus Brasas (200-85) who recorded 22 points and swingman Peter Simonsen (185-88) added 5 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists respectively. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
