Regular Season Round 16: Hrastnik - Grosuplje 69-81

Another interesting game for Grosuplje (9-7) which played on the court of 6th ranked Hrastnik (8-8). Seventh ranked Grosuplje had an easy win 81-69. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Hrastnik. The game was mostly controlled by Grosuplje. Hrastnik was better in second period 23-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 20-of-24 charity shots (83.3 percent) during the game. Hrastnik was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of power forward Blaz Lobe (202-84) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and 5 rebounds and guard Jure Misic (188-87) who added 12 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Four Grosuplje players scored in double figures. At the losing side forward Tadej Tusek (194-80, agency: World Sport Agency) responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds and forward Ziga Koritnik (197-89) scored 15 points. Grosuplje moved-up to sixth place. Hrastnik at the other side dropped to the seventh position with eight games lost. Grosuplje will play against Triglav Kranj (#13) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Hrastnik will play against Kraski Zidar (#3) in Sezana and hopes to get back on the winning track.
