Regular Season Round 14: Kayseri - Tarsus Bld 68-81

The most important game in the last round took place in Kayseri between third ranked TED Kayseri (9-5) and sixth ranked Tarsus Bld (8-6) on Wednesday night. Power forward Nakia Sanford (193-76, college: Kansas) replied with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists and swingman Bahar Ozturk (183-84, college: Connecticut) added 20 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for TED Kayseri. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Tarsus Bld moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Botas. TED Kayseri at the other side keeps the third position with five games lost. They share it with Besiktas. Tarsus Bld is looking forward to face Samsun (#7) on the road in the next round. TED Kayseri will play against Mersin (#8) and is hoping to win this game.
