Rather predictable result in Istanbul where fourth ranked Galatasaray (13-4) defeated 6th ranked Karsiyaka (10-7) 80-67 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 3-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 80-67. Galatasaray dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Karsiyaka's 34 and made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game.
