Leader Bosna ASA BHT delivered the fifteenth win on Saturday night. This time they beat 11th ranked Varda HE (5-11) 83-69 in Sarajevo. The hosts trailed by 9 points after first quarter, but they stormed back and won the game by 14 points. The best player for the winners was naturalized Croatian power forward Dzenan Rahimic (204-74) who scored 29 points and 9 rebounds (on 12-of-14 shooting from the field). Swedish power forward Aleksandar Damjanovic (206-73) chipped in 16 points and 8 rebounds. Newly promoted Varda HE keeps the eleventh place with 11 games lost. Bosna ASA BHT will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Varda HE will play at home against the league's second-placed Borac Nektar (#2) in Banja Luka and is hoping to prove to their fans that the loss was just an accident.
