Eleventh-ranked Varda HE (5-13) was very close to win a game against fifth ranked Sloboda Dita (11-8) in Tuzla. Sloboda Dita managed to secure only one-point victory 80-79. However their fans expected much easier game. The hosts were tied after three quarters but managed to speed up in last quarter eventually winning the game. Worth to mention a great performance of Montenegrin guard Darko Kastratovic (189-88, agency: BeoExcell) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and 7 assists and power forward Mirza Hrncic (203-86) who added 16 points and 13 rebounds during the contest. Serbian forward Marko Kandic (203-79) responded with 29 points and 5 rebounds and Serbian forward Miroslav Markovic (201-75, agency: BeoExcell) scored 5 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Sloboda Dita have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain fifth position with 11-8 record, which they share with SL IAT Leotar. Varda HE lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the eleventh place with 13 games lost. Sloboda Dita will play against league's leader Bosna ASA BHT in Sarajevo in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Varda HE will play at home against SL IAT Leotar (#6) in Trebinje and hopes to get back on the winning track.
