Very predictable result when third ranked Naestved (16-7) defeated at home bottom-ranked Aalborg (3-21) 88-73 on Wednesday. The hosts trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 5-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 88-73. Naestved outrebounded Aalborg 51-32 including a 37-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great evening for American power forward Lee Roberts (201-87, college: Findlay (OH)) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 15 rebounds. The former international power forward Peter Johansen (205-80) helped adding 19 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Five Naestved players scored in double figures. Naestved's coach Geoff Kotila allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games.
