Very expected game in Bursa where 11th ranked FMV Isikspor (3-16) was defeated by seventh ranked Final Genclik (9-10) 70-64 on Saturday. However just six-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. It was a great evening for Costa Rican center Hernold Gardener (205-82, college: Lon Morris JC) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 13 rebounds. Forward Husnu Guler (199-85) helped adding 15 points and 7 rebounds. At the losing side Lutfi Demirhan (-87) responded with 9 points and 7 rebounds and guard Serhat Ugur (192-85) scored 13 points and 5 rebounds. Four FMV Isikspor players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Final Genclik moved-up to sixth place in Group A, which they share with Pertevniyal and Darussafaka. FMV Isikspor lost eighth consecutive game. They keep the eleventh position with 16 games lost. Final Genclik will face Adanaspor (#10) on the road in the next round. FMV Isikspor will play against Orman Genc in Ankara.
