Regular Season Round 22: TSV Troester - Ehingen 55-73

ProB top team - Ehingen/Urspringschule (20-2) had no problems winning another game. This time they beat seventh ranked TSV Troester (10-12) in Breitenguessbach 73-55. The game was mostly controlled by Ehingen/Urspringschule. TSV Troester was better in fourth quarter 14-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Ehingen/Urspringschule dominated on the defensive end, holding TSV Troester to just 7 points in second quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to TSV Troester's 26. They outrebounded TSV Troester 47-28 including a 20-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. 25 personal fouls committed by TSV Troester helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Forward Fabian Boeke (211-86, college: Washington St.) fired 12 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Australian center Timothy Lang (206-85, college: Stetson) chipped in 8 points and 10 rebounds.
