The game was mostly controlled by Pecs 2010. Bajai NKK managed to win third quarter 23-22. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Bajai NKK to just 4 points in second quarter and to 13 points in first half. Pecs 2010 dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Bajai NKK's 26 and made 23-of-26 free shots (88.5 percent) during the game, while Bajai NKK only scored seven points from the stripe. Pecs 2010 forced 23 Bajai NKK turnovers and outrebounded them 43-14 including a 33-7 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American forward Kelsey Griffin (188-87, college: Nebraska) stepped up and scored 23 points (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) for the winners and guard Krisztina Raksanyi (180-91) chipped in 25 points and 4 steals. Four Pecs 2010 players scored in double figures. Pecs 2010's coach Zeljko Dokic felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side forward Reka Balint (181-91) responded with 19 points and guard Kata Furtos (174-87, agency: Laszlo Vinko Services) scored 11 points.
