Not a big story in a game in Bursa where 16th ranked Oyak Renault (3-20) was defeated by tenth ranked Erdemir (9-14) 80-74 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 40-33 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Oyak Renault was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for American-Lebanese swingman Antwain Barbour (196-82, college: Kentucky, agency: Court Side) who led his team to a victory scoring 25 points and 8 rebounds. American forward Mike Hall (203-84, college: George Washington, agency: SportsTalent) helped adding 13 points and 12 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line). Four Erdemir players scored in double figures. American guard William Conroy (187-82, college: Washington, agency: ZAG Advocates) responded with 14 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists and the other American import center Rammel Allen (210-79, college: Bridgeport) produced a double-double by scoring 15 points and 13 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Erdemir moved-up to ninth place. Oyak Renault lost seventh consecutive game. They stay dead last with 20 lost games. Erdemir will face league's leader Fenerbahce Ulker in Istanbul in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Oyak Renault will play on the road against Karsiyaka (#6).
