No shocking result in a game when seventh ranked Terceira Basket (12-9) defeated on the road 9th ranked Alges (7-14) 84-74. Alges were ahead by 4 points after three quarters before a 28-14 charge of Terceira Basket, which allowed them to win the game. They also forced 20 Alges turnovers. American guard Nate Bowie (183-86, college: Cent.Arkansas) nailed 28 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists for the winning side and his fellow American import power forward Durrell Nevels (198-86, college: Cent.Arkansas) accounted for 21 points, 14 rebounds and 5 blocks.
