Very expected game when 10th ranked Hannover Tigers (11-16) were rolled over at home by third ranked BV Chemnitz 99 (18-9) 82-63 on Saturday. The game without a history. BV Chemnitz 99 led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 16-of-18 free shots (88.9 percent) during the game. BV Chemnitz 99 forced 20 Hannover Tigers turnovers. The best player for the winners was American swingman Terren Harbut (198-83, college: Ohio) who scored 20 points and 7 rebounds. His fellow American import point guard Gary Johnson (188-82, college: Cent.Florida) chipped in 15 points and 6 assists. Four BV Chemnitz 99 players scored in double figures. BV Chemnitz 99's coach Torsten Loibl allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games.
