ProA top team - Bayern Muenchen (27-1) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed thirteenth ranked Cuxhaven BasCats (10-18) 79-59. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Cuxhaven BasCats. The game without a history. Bayern Muenchen led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Cuxhaven BasCats' 24. They outrebounded Cuxhaven BasCats 45-33 including a 37-26 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of American power forward Chad Prewitt (206-80, college: Arizona St., agency: Priority Sports) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 11 points and 11 rebounds. Serbian forward Aleksandar Nadjfeji (203-76) contributed with 12 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four Bayern Muenchen players scored in double figures. American guard Aaron Cook (186-83, college: Hartford) replied with 17 points and 4 assists and his fellow American import forward Deilvez Yearby (198-87, college: IPFW) added 6 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Cuxhaven BasCats.
