Ninth-ranked DniproAzot (19-28) used its home court advantage to challenge fourth ranked Hoverla (29-18) in Dniprodzerzhynsk on Friday. The visitors from Frankivsk managed to secure only one-point victory 66-65. However their fans expected much easier game. The guests trailed by 6 points at the halftime before their 28-20 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. American center Eric Coleman (200-85, college: N.Iowa, agency: Hart Sports Mngm) nailed a double-double by scoring 13 points and 13 rebounds for the winning side and his fellow American import guard Jeremy Chappell (191-87, college: Robert Morris, agency: Hart Sports Mngm) accounted for 23 points. Hoverla moved-up to third place, which they share with Azovmash. DniproAzot lost third consecutive game. They keep the ninth position with 28 games lost.
