Very predictable result when fifth ranked Karsiyaka (20-9) defeated on the road 12th ranked Erdemir (10-19) 83-73 on Saturday. The game without a history. Karsiyaka led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Forward Furkan Aldemir (205-91) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds for the winners and forward Birkan Batuk (197-90) chipped in 15 points and 5 assists. Five Karsiyaka players scored in double figures. The former international forward Erkan Veyseloglu (200-83, agency: 1x1 Sports) responded with 18 points and American-Lebanese swingman Antwain Barbour (196-82, college: Kentucky, agency: Court Side) scored 13 points and 6 assists.
